Job Description

A small, manufacturing company, based in Alfreton are looking for an interim HR Manager. You will take a lead on all HR operational and strategic duties. You will oversee and manage all HR aspects of employees.Duties will include:

  • Coaching and upskilling line managers
  • Leading on L&D across the business
  • Ensuring that all employment issues are dealt with in the interests of the company, and within the UK employment law guidelines e.g., maternity leave, retirement, working time regulations
  • Manage the companys medical health insurance scheme by maintaining records and ensuring that all employees who elect to participate in this scheme receive the appropriate cover
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle
  • Working closely with the business to design and deliver HR projects
This role is based full time in the Alfreton office. It is an interim role for 3 months, with a view of potentially going into a permanent role.In return you will receive a salary of £40,000 to £50,000, 25 days holidays plus stats, plus great employee benefits once permanent including Christmas and Summer bonuses!
