Customer Service Administrator | Permanent | £23,500 | South NormantonCherry Professional are pleased to be continuing a long-standing relationship with a leading manufacturing business to recruit in their administrative department. Youll be responsible for ensuring customers get their deliveries on time and act as the single point of contact for suppliers and customers.Key Responsibilities:Liaison between supplier and CustomerService Team.Attend daily shipping calls.Provide updates to CustomerService Team on any transport or loading issues.Liaise with customers and / or sites on any potential delays or issues.Log updates on ERP system.Complete checks for deliveries to sites.Update the ERP system with specific delivery information.Liaise with the CustomerService team on any changes made to deliveries.Manage cancellation requests in line with departmental KPIs.Liaise with supplier on additional requests to increase deliveries / loads.Complete weekly On Time in Full (OTIF) report for all GB, ROI and International deliveries.Validate suppliers weekly OTIF report for all GB deliveries.Gather data and produce monthly OTIF reports for publication to Senior Management Team.Keep ahead of industrydevelopments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.Carry out any additional tasks as outlined to support the business needs.Person SpecificationMinimum 2 years experience in an Administration, SupplyChain or Transport role.Competent in all Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Excellent attention to detail.Strong client-facing, communication skills.Troubleshooting, complaint resolution management and multi-tasking skills.Good geographical knowledge.If you dont fit the exact criteria please still apply!You may have also applied for: Administrator, Transport Admin, Supply Chain Analyst.Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
