My client are a very well known UK brand name and are looking for a Customer Research Analyst to join their quickly growing digital team. They are a brand centred around helping people and doing good and are looking for someone with a strong analyticalmindset who wants to drive positive change. Whilst this role is working with quantitative and qualitative research and data, there is a strong focus on the qualitative skills which will be more essential for this role.This role will be based in the clients incredible Alfreton office 4 days per week with 1 day remote and offers a fantastic benefits package, as detailed below.Responsibilities:* Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research on how customers use their digital tools, as well as the customer journey and satisfaction of the overall product* Deliver valuable insights to influence the direction of their websites and apps, offering appropriate solutions and reviewing them post implementation to measure their effectiveness* Lead collaborative research projects, working with stakeholders to design, collect, analyse, and present insights that answer key questionsRequirements:* Ability to gather stakeholder requirements to understand research goals and create effective research proposals* Experience in survey design and analysis, as well as organizing and conducting qualitative research like one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and diary studies* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigating processes and collecting various data types.
