Customer Contact Advisor - Alfreton, Derby x4Hours: Part Time -working between the hours of 2.30pm-6.30pm Monday - Friday (with the opportunity to pick up more hours)Pay £10.33 per hourBlue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with one of Derbyshires most reputable and established companies based in Alfreton. Our client is responsible for providing goods and services to thousands of customers throughout the UK.Due to their continued growth, we are looking to recruit x2 Customer Contact Advisor to join the team on a 3 month FTC, but there is opportunity for this role to become permanent. The Contact Advisors role is primarily to triage patients/clients that have beenreferred to by their Health Professional or local authorities.Duties will include:* Taking incoming calls* Dealing with enquiries* Providing and explaining information about services and products available* Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a great experience* Logging information into company system* Working in busy office environment* General administrative duties as requiredAbout you:* Previous customer service and administration experience is preferred* Team player* Warm, friendly telephone manner* can use your own initiative* Bring good judgement, show initiative and be an effective multi-tasker.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently support and encourage others* Ability to work well as part of a team* Ability to work effectively and independently* Can consistently demonstrate thoroughness and accuracy in your work* Show excellent problem solving and analytical skills* Remaining calm and having a friendly under pressure attitudeWhy should you applyThis is a great opportunity to work and support within a fantastic organisation, where other working opportunities may also become available.
