Tyre Technician - OTR TyresBasic salary up to £27,000 per annumBased in Alfreton, DerbyshireMy client is a specialist tyre business, supplying off road tyres into a variety of sectors including construction, quarrying, agriculture and so on. They are looking for a Mobile Tyre Technician who can go to see clients on site and check and service tyres and provide repair and replacement where necessary. If you have experience as a tyre fitter and are looking for a new challenge this could be a great opportunity. The Role:* Visiting commercial clients with OTR (off the road) vehicles to service and repair or replace tyres* Monday to Friday core hours with potential for overtime* Some training will be provided if your background isnt OTRThe Person:* We are looking for an experienced tyre technician, ideally someone who has done OTR or commercial tyres previously, but car tyres can also be considered. * It would be fantastic if you had a Class 2 license, but this isnt essential. Ideally youll be prepared to learn and gain the license while youre working.* You will have good communication skills as you will be working on a client site* A full UK driving license is requiredThe basic salary will be up to £27,000 per year depending on experience based on an hourly rate.
