  • Connectivity: Leased Lines, FTTP/FTTC fixed and 4G/5G broadband
  • Role PurposeTo identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities, to maximise revenue and GP, whilst supporting the wider sales team.DimensionsThe Business Development Manager will be highly pro-active and organised, contacting customers using supplied data and ensuring to follow up with them in a timely and efficient manner. The objective will be to maintain historical revenue and margin and create incremental revenue and margin across all mobile, voice and connectivity solutions.Key responsibilities include: -
    1. Manage and develop new opportunities with prospect businesses that we have identified that can have the latest generation of Full Fibre connectivity
    2. Follow up E-Shots and other marketing activities
    3. Cold call businesses an introduce the business and services we offer
    4. Maximise sales effectiveness and limit data burn...
    5. Qualify customers and follow current processes in place.
    6. Maintain a pipeline, callbacks and all aspects of the customer sales process to hit targets of 10-20k per month.
    7. Identify opportunities for incremental revenue for MBB and VoIP
    8. Where appropriate arrange appointments for field sales
    9. Be a strong team player and support all members of the department
    Role and Responsibilities
  • Creating sales opportunities
  • Target businesses to generate new business sales following our process
  • Record all activities in A1’s CRM system and in Prop.
  • Work with your Sales Manager to stack deals
  • Driving Quality and Compliance
  • Be a positive ambassador for the business, generating quality business opportunities.
  • Follow our sales processes, using all systems and scripts properly and entirely
  • Trackers and Management Reports
  • Where required, provide reports on activities, opportunities and pipeline
