We are looking for someone who want to be more than just a team member, but who wants to join a family of likeminded individuals.As a Software Support Consultant in our ever growing Internal IT department, you will provide first line support on a number of our financial systems including Silverfin and Sage 50.Key accountabilitiesSkills & experienceYou will ideally have:

• Experience using digital accounting platforms such as Xero, Sage Cloud, Quickbooks, and common add-on applications such as AutoEntry desirable.
• Strong experience in delivering client support in ERP solutions specifically Sage 50 and apps
• Strong project management, communication and team working skills
• Ability to work with a network of teams structured around the delivery of a strategy
• Strong relationship management skills with external and internal stakeholders
• Agile planning and organizing skills to ensure that the varied workload is managed effectively
• IT literate; PowerPoint, Excel, online digital tools, survey tools, project management tools
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.
