Job Description

Internal Sales Advisor / Sales AdministratorMonday -Friday 9 am - 5 pm£23,000 - £25,000 pa DOEAldridgeDue to company expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and processing sales orders as well as maintaining goodcustomer relationships. An effective sales executive must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as in person.Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer enquiries.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Ensure the customer is kept up to date throughout the order process.
  • Maintain relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Handle grievances politely and escalate to the Sales executive to investigate.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet customer requirements and sales targets.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • NO COLD CALLING!
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales administrator or similar.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
  • Computer literate and able to learn/work with relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software and telephone systems).
  • Experience in Sage 200 software is advantageous.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
