Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Executive to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Wallsall, UK. The mission of this role is to assist our customer care team to drive sales and profitability by maintaining and continually improving standards of customer care across the business, and by exploiting every opportunity to up sell and cross sell.Key responsibilities and duties of this role...

  • Answering incoming calls, resolving technical questions and placing orders on our system.
  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers and chasing deliveries
  • Arranging import and export consignments
  • Coordinating with external service providers
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Meet and greet clients
  • The ideal candidate will have the following skills, attributes and qualifications...
  • Sage experience beneficial
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Salary in the region of £23,000 per annum DOE
