Job Description

Business Development Executive£25K - £28K basic + Uncapped Commission + excellent benefits. £35 per appointment booked and an additional £35 for any business win.The role can be fully remote or hybrid. The closest office to the BDM youd be supporting is Birmingham so a Midlands location would be ideal but not essential.Growing SaaS business are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team. This is a new position within the business and so presents an opportunity to really make the role your own. Excellent opportunity to progress or move into the SaaS/Software/Tech industry.Supporting to a successful senior BDM, the role will have the following responsibilities:

  • Researching and building out data / contact lists using existing data and data tools.
  • Lead generation via telesales
  • Lead generation via Linkedin and other social listening tools.
  • Booking meetings for BDM.
  • Bringing discipline to data management and coding within the business to create a robust go-to CRM for the sales team.
Career prospects: Great longer term career prospects to develop through the sales structure as you build experience, contacts and pipeline.About you:
  • You are likely to have a least 12 months experience within a B2B telesales or inside sales-based role. Bonus is youve worked in software / tech industry
  • Must be comfortable within a telesales based setting and able to book meetings with prospective clients.
  • You are likely to be working in a target driven environment and perhaps looking for a broader role within a Sales environment.
  • Must be a team player, proactive, with lots of initiative.
  • Graduate level education preferred, but an open mind.
