We would like to recruit high quality Consultants keen to learn and develop new skills and knowledge around the provision of Housing IT systems to the not for profit, socialhousing sector.We work together with our clients in trusted partnerships to deliver systems and services that seek to improve the skills and capabilities of employees, fully engage our clients, and thereby add to public valueMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participation in building and configuring the analytics solution to ensure maximum arrears recovery for customers.
  • Provide technical consultancyon NEC Housing Analytics, specifically focusing on system configuration and build and providing product expertise to customers.
  • Ensure all consultancy and training is delivered effectively - including the production of client facing documentation -that achieves best possible customer feedbackensure all feedback is shared with the product group.
  • Progress and update knowledge in the income recovery aspects of Social Housing Management.
  • A willingness to travel around the UK,
QualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Experience in income management or debt recovery/collection (preferably in a social housing environment)having a general understanding of rental income collection and debt recovery
  • Experience working within UK Social Housing Sector
  • Good working knowledge of arrears recovery, escalation procedures and legal processes
  • An ability to understand business and customer needs and apply technology solutions to meet these.
  • Working knowledge of project methodologies, from a consultancy viewpoint
  • Experience of working with third party vendors and customer teams
  • Experience of delivering training and/or end user workshops
  • Ability to problem solve in demanding circumstances
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel
  • Experience in Data Manipulation using Ad Hoc Reporting tools
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
  • Experience creating, configuring, and implementingNEC Housing system modules.
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Rents Arrears Analytics and business expertise usingNEC Housing systems
  • A natural inclination towards maths and analytics.
