Job Description

They have an exemplary record of developing people from the ground up & manyof their senior creatives & marketers started in relatively junior roles.The work has a lean towards the property & lifestyle sectors & you will work on an eclectic mix of online and offline projects which will relate to either existing or new brands - youll work on the latter from the ground up, so plenty of room to utiliseyour skills & abilities. The work will include everything from floorplans, image re-touching, print collateral, email campaigns, digital ads/banners and social across their many brands, and both small and large-scale projects. You will ensure branding staysconsistent across all mediums and contribute ideas and design consultation to a mix of briefs.A key part of the role will be to be work alongside other creatives and the wider marketing team, sharing ideas and working cohesively to create work that sets the creative bar very high. You will also be exposed to the development of new brands from concept,ensuring the seamless transition of briefs from idea to stage to fruition. Youll be working on brands which lean towards a culturally diverse target audience, and the style of design is extremely modern and simplistic.What were looking forFirst and foremost, an Artworker who has a clean and modern approach, and who appreciates the simplicity and elegance of balanced design and can deliver on a wide range of briefs. Youll be able to work with stylish imagery and appreciate the use of whitespace and subtle typography and be comfortable with both online and offline design and marketing. Youll have a strong and varied portfolio and be most likely be operating in an agency environment or in-house with a brand that has a lifestyle or consumer edgeto it.It is envisaged that you will have put around three years under your belt and have the capacity to dive into different briefs, for different products, across different mediums, and have good skills with Adobe Creative Suite - in particular InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator(AfterEffects would be a bonus). It will suit a brave & gutsy creative, familiar with all forms of creative assets and communication platforms, and keen to learn and understand more about those youre not familiar with. Youll also be not averse to gettingstuck into a mix of projects & campaignsYou will most likely be operating in an agency environment, or in-house with a brand and has exposure to property or lifestyle would be quite handy, or a consumer edge to your work. Youll enjoy keeping up to date with whats going on in design, and youllbe able to look beyond a piece of creative and understand how imagery and words can evoke the desired reaction.Whats on offerOn top of a salary of between £25 - £30,000, youll be joining a company that is one of the most forward-thinking and entrepreneurially led in the North West (with the record to prove it).
