Job Description

Reed are pleased to be recruiting for a prestigious organisation based in the Radlett area who are looking to hire a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small but successful Finance department.Initially, this role will be for a period of 3 months with a chance of this being extended.Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

Matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices.
Overseeing weekly and monthly BACS and CHAPS payment runs.
Ensuring all supplier Direct Debits are correctly input to the finance system.
Assisting with payroll administration.
Processing expense claims.
Reconciling and checking the purchase and payroll ledgers.

This role is for an immediate start paying an hourly salary of £12.50. Previous purchase ledger experience would be advantageous.
