Job Description

Reed are pleased to be recruiting for a prestigious organisation based in the Radlett area who are looking to hire a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small but successful Finance department.Initially, this role will be for a period of 3 months with a chance of this being extended.Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices.
  • Overseeing weekly and monthly BACS and CHAPS payment runs.
  • Ensuring all supplier Direct Debits are correctly input to the finance system.
  • Assisting with payroll administration.
  • Processing expense claims.
  • Reconciling and checking the purchase and payroll ledgers.
This role is for an immediate start paying an hourly salary of £12.50. Previous purchase ledger experience would be advantageous.
