Job Description

Pure are delighted to be supporting this market leading Huntingdon based business with the recruitment of a Forecast and Supply Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the site forecast / sales plan & the balancing of stock linked tothe forecast across distribution sites, whilst acting as a link between sales and Supply Chain / Ops teams.This is a full-time permanent position, based on the outskirts of South Cambridge.Responsibilities:

Build a robust forecast for the F&C division
Challenge/analyse forecasts and sales patterns
Build relationships with account managers and customers
Manage/coordinate the annual Allocation Calendar for the site
Analyse current trends, forecasts, and order patterns
Liaise on availability of raw materials, production plans and capacity
Dealing with adhoc queries
Highlight and avoid risk to the Business
Oversee check on orders v forecast
Reporting, analysing and presenting data

Person Specification:

Experience in a manufacturing environment
Forecasting experience, preferably in FMCG / seasonal business
Educated to a degree level is advantageous
IT proficient
Commercially aware
