Job Description

AJ Chambers is recruiting for a dynamic and fast-growing law firm who are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join their team and become a valuable contributor to their success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track recordof handling complex civil litigation matters and be eager to take on new challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Associate to take their career to the next level and become a Junior Partner in the firms Alconbury office.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex civil litigation matters from start to finish, including pre-litigation, pleadings, motions, discovery, trial, and appeal.
  • Act as lead counsel in court and manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Supervise junior associates and support staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering new business opportunities.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the firm, including contributions to marketing and business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters, including trial experience.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, as well as an ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, as well as an ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Previous Agricultural experience is desirable
