Job Description

AJ Chambers is working with a firm that who are seeking a experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their dynamic and growing Commercial Property department in Alconbury. The successful candidate will assist solicitors in handling a variety of complexcommercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, leasing, and financing.Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating a range of commercial property-related legal documents, including leases, licenses, and contracts
  • Assisting with due diligence and title review
  • Preparing and submitting property-related regulatory and compliance filings
  • Handling administrative tasks, including document management and filing
  • Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and other parties to gather information and provide updates
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a commercial property paralegal or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law, including leases and conveyancing
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Agricultural experience is a bonus but not essential
