They are passionate and driven by digital business transformation, customer-centric design and industry-leading functionality.Whilst you are not expected to be in the office daily, their new offices are fabulous, in the heart of a buzzing town with easy parking on the doorstep.The Role The UX Lead will work within a team of digital experts, taking both the client and project lead on all things UX. The agency works with a variety of leading brands, across many sectors in the UK and globally, so plenty of variety to keep you challenged andstimulated. The team offers many solutions that serve in the research and planning phase, platform and/or product design and build, digital marketing, PR and social engagement. You will be working with clients on projects that require UX expertise. You willalso be supported by and work alongside great UI Designers.Youll work with your clients to understand their challenges and scope of the requirements of the project, before moving into the research phase and running discovery workshops. Thereafter its all about creating solutions with UX design. It goes withoutsaying that a healthy focus on measurement and reporting will go into your day to provide a roadmap for iterative enhancements to client platforms.
