Job Description

The company are a leading manufacturer of precision parts and components. They have been successfully trading for a number of years and continue to enjoy growth year on year.This role is a fixed contract for 18 months to 2 yearsThe duties of the role are;

  • To develop and manufacture new production jigs and fixtures
  • To carry out repairs and refurbishment on existing jigs and fixtures
  • Ensure potential time saving and change over improvements
  • Provide setter support/training when required
    • I am interested in receiving applications from Toolmakers and Toolroom Engineers who have;
  • Previous experience of making new tooling, jigs and fixtures and carry out repairs, refurbish on tools.
  • Able to work to very tight tolerances
  • A continuous improvement attitude and a "can do" attitude
  • Able to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
    • The role is a days role - Monday to FridayThe company are based in Alcester and are easily commutable from Birmingham, Redditch, Stratford upon Avon, Solihull, Evesham, Bidford on Avon, Coventry etc.Free on site parking a Clean, pleasant and supportive working environment.Please note, if your application is suitable, one of our consultants will call you within 5 working days.
