Job Description

They are passionate about being environmentally friendly and enriching, and due to their continued success they have an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute and customer focused individual to join their award winning telesales team!So, what does the role involve

  • You will be accountable for thestrategic account management of existing customers ensuring a commercial return is maximised in short, medium & long term.
  • You will conduct all Telesales / telemarketing calls to new & existing customers.
  • You will support the development and delivery of specific account plans which underpins the agreed brand strategy.
  • You will have a drive an tenacity to develop new business prospects
  • As the key a telesales person you will devise and deliver account specific marketing plans that achieve key brand (core & third party) objectives through managing mix.
  • We are looking for someone who can build and strengthen the award winning brand portfolio in designated account portfolios.
  • You will come with a proven track record of communicating effectively with all internal stakeholders & sharing information from comprehensive account files as well as building vertical and horizontal professional customer relationships that can be leveraged to gain commitment to proposed sales plans.
  • What qualities will you need to be successful
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years B2B telesales or sales experience ideally with some understanding of the On Trade.
  • You will be able to demonstrate strong account management skills that successfully delivers the brand plan/s.
  • We are looking for a bright, engaging & highly organised sales person that has a strong attention to detail, excellent telephone manner and strong strong sales technique.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive can do attitude, high levels of customer service and excellent Interpersonal skills
  • You will display excellent communication and listening skills, be confident when communicating at all level with the ability to build strong relationships.
