Job Description

Job Title: Service Co-OrdinatorJob Type: Full Time, PermanentSalary: £23-25,000Location: AlcesterJob description for Service Co-Ordinator:Do you like a fast-paced environment Do you have experience within a co-ordinator or scheduling role Our client is looking for a service co-ordinator to pro-actively book in repairs and remedial works for engineers to complete all over the country. It wouldbe organising the day of 11 engineers with an average of 2-3 jobs per day, ensuring they have the correct parts/stock sent to site to complete the work required. Someone who has experience within a similar role organising an engineers diary or has experiencewithin scheduling, logistics or co-ordinating would be ideal.Duties for Service Co-Ordinator:

  • Schedule in site repairs, remedial work, installs and services for engineers to complete. Ensure correct parts are sent and provided for each job for engineers to complete jobs to be sent on.
  • Dealing with any queries and problems raised by customers, resolving escalations and complains accordingly.
  • Build rapport with existing customers doing follow-up calls to improve service and generate further leads. Contact new customers to generate more leads.
  • Keeping CRM system up to date with accurate notes and information.
  • Ensure KPIs are met and service levels are where they need to be and above.
  • Plan efficiently and proactively improve overall service for customers.
Key Skills and Duties for Service Co-Ordinator:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Pro-active attitude to work and use initiative to ensure efficiency
  • Preferably from a logistics, scheduling or co-ordinating background
  • Excellent attention detail and accurate
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
