  • Commercial / Engineering related degree qualification.
  • Chartered by relevant professional body.
  • 3+ years of commercial / related experience gained within the construction or engineering sector.
  • A keen interest in developing their experience in the specialist field of dispute resolution and construction claims.
  • Flexible, creative, problem-solving skills.
  • A secondary construction legal qualification or interested in pursuing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Candidates from a wide range of sectors, backgrounds and experience will be considered, including e.g., quantity surveyor, senior QS, commercial manager, dispute resolution, claims management, claims consultant, delay analysis, construction programme planning,or similar role.
