Job Description

Job Title: Recruitment & Compliance AdministratorJob Type: Permanent, Full TimeSalary: £26,500Location: AlcesterJob Description for Recruitment & Compliance Administrator:We have the exciting opportunity to join an organization as Recruitment & Compliance Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role and understand the compliance process within recruitment. This position is office based with 1day per week working from to be agreed.Key Duties and Responsibilities for Recruitment & Compliance Administrator:

  • Supporting the Recruitment Manager and the wider recruitment team by maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Handling and processing all successful applications and processing payments as applicable.
  • Completing background checks and obtaining documents (DBS, References, UKVI paperwork for skilled worker visas)
  • Monitoring sponsored workers and using the UKVI sponsorship management system (SMS)
  • Planning and prioritising the work of the Recruitment tasks, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met.
  • Providing guidance to candidates with Skilled Worker Visa applications and travel bookings via email and telephone
  • To undertake recruitment activities to support the delivery of robust and complete recruitment processes and high quality, accurate data that can be audited at any time
  • Collating and producing reports as necessary ensuring they are available as required
  • Any other duties to meet the needs of the business
Skills and Experience required for Recruitment & Compliance Administrator:
  • Experience within a similar role such as, Compliance, Auditing, HR, Recruitment is required.
  • Strong Administrator with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to commute to Alcester (must be able to drive due to location)
The role is 8:30-5:30 with a 1 hour lunch break (40 hour week) Monday-Friday with one day WFH per week. Holiday entitlement is 23 days which increases over length of service plus bank holidays.
