If this sounds like you, please read on to find out more about the Installation Co-Ordinator opportunity.How will you support us As an Installation Co-Ordinator you will be at the centre of the installation team. Your main objective is to ensure the team are working efficiently, to correct process and have the tools they need to deliver the successful completion of projects.Typical tasks you can expect to do can include;

• Ensure the Site Manager has all documents they require to set up the project on site
• Procurement - place bulk orders for the sites to enable the Site Managers to call off materials when required
• Liaise with all manufacturers to ensure that product is delivered on time and meets the timescales as agreed with the OSS installation teams and in line with the Smartsheet confirmed dates.
• Document Control is vital to ensure the smooth delivery of the project. The site team must be working to/with the most up to date documents.
• Ensure the team are completing relevant plot specific documentation in a timely manner.
• Keep the workflow updated to ensure departments are working to the correct dates

• Experience within a similar type role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• The ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with Stakeholders at all levels
• Positive attitude, willing to work flexibly to meet needs of the business
• Good organisational skills; able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets where appropriate
