Job Description

Summary Were looking for you to join our Midlands & East of England consultancy team and raise funds through membership promotion and property fundraising to protect and care for places so people and nature can thrive.Supporting colleagues to be innovative and creative, youll look to maximise visitor and membership opportunities to generate income.Were forever, for everyone, and we really mean that. Youll support a portfolio of properties across the south Midlands so the ability to travel regularly to these places is required. Youll get to work with the teams at our incredible places in the region such as Croome, Charlecote and the Back to Backs inBirmingham. Travel to regional and national events will also be required.Your contractual location is flexible, were happy for you to work at any of our regional hubs or properties and there will be an opportunity to explore and agree a hybrid working arrangement, which strikes the right balance for you and the Trust. What youll be doing As one of our team of Growing Support Consultants, youll develop guidance for service leadership, on property fundraising and membership promotion, including both recruitment and retention. Youll support your operational colleagues in maximising opportunitiesto support the region to meet nationally agreed targets, constantly evaluating progress and influencing change as required.Youll work with others to develop and action a regional growing support plan and be continually looking for strategic opportunities. Using your external knowledge, youll use data and supporter intelligence to make informed decisions and contribute to businessplans at property level, identifying needs and resources required to deliver service leadership and growing support objectives.Youll be the expert in your area and will provide support to peers and national teams as well as operations. Working collaboratively with colleagues youll design and co-deliver great training programmes to build the confidence and capability of colleaguesat our places to help grow support for our cause.
