Job Description

Credit Control Supervisor / Team LeaderTemporary Position £17.00 - £21.00 Per Hour DOEHybrid Position - 3 Days OfficeBirmingham, Alcester B49IMMEDIATE START RoleUltimate responsibility for the end-to-end customer revenue cycle from invoicing to cash collection, in an expanding business for all customers & supervising team members.Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will manage the Customer Revenue team, currently comprises of 5 team members
  • You will be a key functional leader, business partnering with Operations to help maximise both revenue generated, and cash collected.
  • Credit Control
  • You will facilitate all price increases in line with annual inflation and the gross margin requirements of the business.
  • Clear concise reporting will be vital for operations engagement, along with demonstrable technical expertise to gather necessary data.
  • The role will also be responsible for all customer contracts
  • You will perform ad-hoc tasks as necessary in line with the needs of the business.
  • A large part of this role, you will be expected to work closely with other Managers to constantly strive to improve the services we offer our employees & offer effective reporting on performance & output which can be reviewed by the line managers throughoutthe business via business partnering.
Qualifications And Experience
  • Proven experience in credit management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with credit risk assessment and risk monitoring
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing credit and collections in the UK.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
