We are open on someone looking to move in a more senior role orsomeone maybe undertaking a Lead role who finds they are looking for more. A 4-day week is on offer too if you prefer, something which they implemented a number of years ago in this forward thinking business focused on its employees.Salary Up to GBP55,000. - 51% combined employee share of the business with dividends paid each year when due and exclusive insight into the business. Annual bonus which has never not been paid (equivalent to 1 months salary). Option for a compressed workingweek (37.5 hours 8am-6pm in 4 days). 25-day annual leave PLUS bank holidays or 19 with the compressed working week. Private Healthcare, including immediate family. Hybrid working pattern (typically Tuesday and Thursday in office but can be flexible). You should be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, have strong leadership and management experience, and can understand a problem from the perspective of a non-technical customer, tailoring solutions accordingly.
