Administrative Assistant Salary: £23,000 Permanent Alcester based 2/3days a weekAshley Kate are currently working with a leading healthcare business based in the Warwickshire area!In this role you will work to support the HR onboarding team and the GDPR Coordinator in their day-to-day tasks, such as onboarding new starters, creating welcome packs, completing reference requests and chasers, actioning Data breaches and SAR requests.Role Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the onboarding team Provide a full administration service across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, employment changes, leavers, and employment reference responses. Ensuring the compliance of new starters Liaising with various stakeholders to resolve queries in a timely manner Supporting the GDPR Coordinator with DSAR requests and Data Breaches, as and when required.
