AdministratorAlcester• Permanent • Full Time • up to £20,000 perannumArden Personnel are recruiting for an Administrator for an expanding company inAlcester.Day to day duties are as follows:• Call handling – first point of contact for customers• Managing Service emails• Raising tickets and closing when complete• Proactively monitor and manage open tickets ensuring the system is up to date• Liaise with Technical Staff, Managers and Directors to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times• Providing regular updates to external customers on the progress of their request• Ensure allocated tickets are resolved within theSLAif applicableThe successful candidate for the Administrator role must have the following skills/experience• Previous experience in an Administration role• Proficient in MS Office• Must be flexible and willing to help with other admin duties• Excellent communication skills• Previous experience as a service desk support Administrator would be advantageousWhats on offer for the successful Candidate for the Administrator role• Up to £20,000 perannum• Free parking• 20 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysApply for this role:To apply for our Administrator role please click the apply button.
