Are you looking for a position that will offer you the opportunity to develop your skills within multiple areas of finance and accountingYou’ve found it.Working within this machine component manufacturing company, as an Accounts Clerk you will ensure the smooth running of the finance department by actively engaging in a variety of accounts work as well as making suggestions for improvements to the currentprocesses.Salary – Up to £29,000 Per AnnumLocation – AlcesterRole Type –Permanent / Full timeHours –39 Per Week / 7:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday / 7:30-12:30 on FridaysBenefits – CompetitiveThe RoleWorking within a dynamic finance team, you’ll undertake a variety of duties including processing invoices, in alignment with SLA’s. You will also be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, preparing control account reconciliations, and facilitatingsupplier payments. You should be a proactive individual who can enhance controls and suggest process improvements, respond to supplier queries within 48 hours, and assist in achieving accurate, first-time results.Your role will further extend to daily sales invoice generation, customer account reconciliation, and overseeing the collection of monies due. Youll liaise with customers on disputed invoices and assist in swift query resolution.
