Bread Hospitality are pleased to be working with two fantastic venues based on the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder. We are looking for a motivated Group Catering Manager for their multi-site/location in-house catering operation. It is a hands-on position and anamazing opportunity to oversee the entire catering business.We need a Group Catering Manager with area/multi-site experience from a high volume fast paced restaurant/hospitality background to plan and lead both sites, recruit and develop great people, maximise sales opportunities, implement control measures and ensurea quality food offering and consistently excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven, charismatic, focused and passionate operator to further develop and lead this business.Responsibilities:Oversee the entire multi-site hospitality operationManage and support a team of managers, chefs and team membersRecruitment, training, people development and staff welfareP & L accountability - managing costs, budgets and labourImplementing standards and control measuresPerformance managementEnsure the delivery of excellent customer service and experienceMenu development and costingPlan and deliver an exceptional catering experienceEnsure all legislative requirements are met
