Job Description

My client is a charity delivering employability services across the local area, which aim to tackle the barriers to unemployment. They need your help to provide advice, information, guidance and practical support to develop and enhance the employment prospectsof their customers.In this role you will be:

  • Leading and driving a team to achieve performance targets
  • Ensuring the delivery service meets the needs of the jobseekers on the programme
  • Motivating and inspiring the team through your leadership skills
  • Undertaking regular caseload reviews with the team, prioritising those who are underperforming.
  • Managing day to day contact with key stakeholders at a local level and maintaining a positive working relationship
We are looking for candidates with the following:
  • Previous experience of leading teams within the Employability/Welfare to Work/Recruitment sectors
  • Experience of leading and motivating a team to achieve goals and targets
  • The ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to manage change and adapt quickly to new situations
All candidates must be prepared to travel to the local office in Airdrie.My client is offering:
  • A full time position, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • A salary of £36K plus mileage
