Job Title: Stores Operative / Driver ReplenisherLocation: Chapelhall, ScotlandPosition Type: Full-Time Temporary to PermanentSalary: Confirmed on ApplicationAbout Us:We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch service and solutions to our customers. We are currently seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Stores Operative / Driver Replenisher based out of Chapelhall, Scotland. In this role,you will play a crucial part in managing the replenishment of our vend solutions at customer sites, performing day-to-day deliveries, and assisting in a busy stores environment during peak times. If youre a proactive and computer-literate individual withexperience in stores operations, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Branch to pick and deliver stock to customer sites efficiently.
Replenish the vend machines on the designated days, ensuring the required number of replenishments per week.
Assist in reconfiguration work to accommodate new products, Min/Max improvements, and product supersedes.
Conduct regular stock reviews and checks/updates of the machine software, following the vend process.
Perform basic break-fix maintenance on vend machines as needed.
Ensure all Proof of Delivery documents are accurately signed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the stores areas.
Check and clear quarantine areas.
Receive incoming orders into the stores system.
Pick required parts from stores.
Complete daily Perpetual Inventory checks.

Skills/Experience Required:

Full driving license is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage your own schedule.
Knowledge of vending replenishment is desirable but not essential.
