Job Description

Internal Sales Advisor - Temporary to Permanent - Up to £23,000 Position: Internal Sales AdvisorSalary: Up to £23,000Type: Temporary to Permanent Were a leading provider of metal cutting tooling and tool regrind services across various manufacturing sectors, including Oil and Gas, Aerospace, and Automotive. As an Internal Sales Advisor, youll play a crucial rolein our teams success. While a background in manufacturing is beneficial, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and offer full training.Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a valuable team member, delivering excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain customer consignments and tooling supplies.
  • Answer phones and address client requests and inquiries.
  • Keep track of back orders and inventory.
  • Support the operational teams in delivering top-notch service.
  • Utilise Excel and Microsoft Windows for efficient communication and data management.
