Learn more at maximusuk.co.ukOverview:To work across and support a network of Specialist Advisors in sourcing partnerships with local specialist providers who provide a range or specific support for disabled jobseekers with a broad range of low to complex support needs in the achievement ofsustainable paid employment. This will be done by; Consultation with the Specialist Advisor with regards to individual support needs of customers. Identifying and engaging with potential partners or suppliers Facilitating access to specialist partner or supplierservices Reviewing success and progress of partner delivery against timescales, distance travelled and outcomesResponsibilities:- To identify customer needs through discussions with Specialist Advisors; this could be educational support, pre vocational activity, equipment, confidence, pre-employment preparation, rehabilitation, referral to mental health support provision for example.- To identify key suppliers and partners to provide, products and services that are funded and non funded, developing a wide spread directory of services available to enable the disabled customers to have a choice in provision/support. The directory of suppliersare to meet quality standards, based on customer feedback and value for money.- Establish and maintain relationships with organisations as per the needs of the customer and contribute to/influence local joint commissioning strategies for example health, wellbeing, employment - in line with local strategic needs. - Share provisionand opportunities with other teams across Remploy as appropriate by utilizing the support of the CRM system.- To liaise and follow specialist/professional advice and guidance to ensure that H&S, and other legal compliance requirements are met to protect the customer and business interests.- To create, agree, monitor and review Service Level Agreements with providers/partners measuring the effectiveness of partnerships formed suggesting and implementing performance solutions to best meet the needs of the disabled customer.What we are looking for:ESSENTIAL:- Understanding of supporting a disabled person into employment using a holistic approach.- Ability to plan and organise workload to meet business need and activity in line with contractual obligations.- A good understanding and knowledge of issues associated with barriers to work.- Good sound knowledge and understanding of contracts and service level agreements.- Demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills that promote commitment and action- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles both internally and externally.- Good awareness of different pricing methodologies - e.g. payment by results, personal budgets, value for money, rewards and incentives.- Ability to travel independently within the Region and on occasion throughout the UKDESIRABLE- Experience of working with partner organisations to deliver cohesion in delivery across the sector.- Solid experience of learning and development solutions for those facing the greatest barriers to employment.What we offer:
