CNC Operator: Secure Your Temporary to Permanent Role!Do you have what it takes to be a CNC machine virtuoso Our company is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced CNC machine operator to program and operate our computer numeric controlled (CNC) machines. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our companyconsistently delivers top-quality parts and tools that meet engineering specifications and our high customer standards.The Ideal Candidate: As the machine operator, were seeking a motivated individual with a strong grasp of CNC operations, exceptional attention to detail, and a mechanical aptitude that sets you up for excellence in this role. If yourealso up-to-date with the latest equipment and techniques in the industry, youre the ideal candidate were looking for!Responsibilities:

  • CNC Maestro: Prepare and oversee CNC machines for a variety of tasks, whether its crafting brand-new tools or giving existing ones a face-lift.
  • Drawing Whisperer: Turn engineering drawings and requirements into precise dimensions for production, ensuring strict adherence to tolerances.
  • Offline Wizard: Program offline to maximise machine efficiency and output.
  • Guideline Enforcer: Ensure that CNC machines operate in accordance with the companys guidelines.
  • Task Supervisor: Keep a watchful eye on the machines as they perform their tasks, making necessary adjustments for superior results.
  • Daily Machine Health Check: Perform daily checks to guarantee the machines are in optimal working condition.
  • Record Keeper: Keep detailed logs of all machine actions by documenting production and quality data.
  • Logistics Communicator: Address any logistical issues that crop up during the part creation process.
  • Customer Satisfaction Expert: Make certain that the results of the machining process align with our customers high expectations.
  • Measurement Maestro: Proficient in using both hand held and CNC measurement equipment.
  • Manual Grinding Guru: While not a requirement, experience in manual grinding would be advantageous. But dont worry, full training will be provided.
Requirements:
  • Drawing Interpreter: Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a determination to produce outstanding results.
  • Analytical Ace: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in computer use and mathematical skills.
  • Team Player: You excel in a collaborative work environment and are flexible with shifts, including overtime, to meet the demands.
Hours and Pay:
  • Pay: Competitive pay rates will be discussed during the interview stage.
  • Working Hours: Youll be working 38 hours per week, covering both day and night shifts.
