Continuous improvement EngineerSalary: £35,000-£40,000Location: Ailsworth, PeterboroughOur client is a UK leading FMCG manufacturer looking to recruit for a continuous improvement engineer in the Ailsworth area. The moment you step on site it is extremely evident that you are working within a superb manufacturing environment, where the standard for engineering is very high. The business is going through a massive transition, they have experienced substantial growth in the last 12 months and project to double their tunrover in the next 24 months. Our client is willing to put this continuous improvement engineer on specialist training courses to allow them to broaden their knowledge of the machinery and in turn improve and refine the maintenance process.Skills acquired to be a Continuous Improvement Engineer:

TheContinuous Improvement Engineer must be familair with continuous improvement processes such as, 5s, Kaizan, Green Belt, Black belt etc

TheContinuous Improvement Engineer must have experience working in a fast paced manufacturing setting.
