Overview:An excellent opportunity for an experienced sales individual to join one of Yorkshires best known. reputable and award-winning estate agency companies, working from a busy vibrant office in Adel.Job Title:Sales NegotiatorLocation:Adel, LeedsBryn McMillan Consulting Vacancy Ref:M4567BMCRemuneration:£19,000 basic, OTE - £25,000 - £27,000Main Duties:Working for one of Yorkshires best known estate agency brands as a sales negotiator in the Adel office you will work closely with the established team assisting clients buy their dream home.Working in the busy team environment, customer care, attention to detail and a friendly personality is what is required for this sales negotiator role in Adel. Dealing with the customer requests in a timely manner, will you be required to book market appraisalsand or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests in order to assist with their move.Working closely with the customers, you will build customer relationships in order to promote and book appointments.As well as helping the customers purchase their property, you will be required to cross sell the companies range of opportunities at all times, by identifying and recommending related services to customers, enhance the customer experience.Dealing with clients over the phone, face to face and virtually, you will be responsible for accurately recording all information collated,Key Skills:For this sales negotiator role working in the busy estate agency office in Adel, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, along with excellent customer service skills.Previous experience of working in an estate agency environment would be advantageous, however is not essential proving you have gained valuable customer service experience in a driven sales environmentA passion for property and people, along with a warm, friendly personality and willingness to learn new skills is required.Summary:This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused individual to be part of an award winning team, receive full training and development, uncapped commissions, and receive a number of excellent employee benefits including BUPA healthcare, and pension.Contact:Bryn McMillanManaging DirectorBryn McMillan Consulting
