These initiatives are strategic for Publicis and Nestl as new sources of growth: Helping Nestl, an FMCG company to evolve towards data & audiencedriven marketing in a platform world.These initiatives are Data strategy, Measurement strategy, Audience Frameworks, ID based activation and personalization at scale, investment modelling and more.Job DescriptionWorking with the Publicis Audience and Data lead, you will help to develop and deliver these strategic initiatives, managing cross functional projects and providing expertise on the common and key aspects: Data & Audiences.Youll be working on Power of One projects, with Epsilon (Data consulting, ID based activation), Sapient (strategic & tech consulting), and other agencies.The strength of Po1 is to bring cross functional expertise, and an integrated approach to solve our clients challenges.You will also be working on some media expertise delivery (GWI extracts for audience profiling, KPIs framework, media side recommendation, etc)Sitting within a diverse team of experts, the successful candidates role will be to advocate for transformational work and help to deliver excellence in marketing communicationsResponsibilities:Project management:

  • Hands on & skilled for operationalization: landing above market projects & frameworks in markets
  • Efficient time management and prioritisation of multiple projects across different business units
  • Cross functional management, implying several expertise.
  • Composition and on-going delivery of case studies
Audience
  • Work to deliver actionable Audience Framework for Brands & Ensure their proper adoption by markets
  • Develop and create target profiles for planning initiatives using planning tools (e.g. GWI & TGI)
  • Help define next level Audience Framework development, in relation with tech & data evolution (ID & Cookieless, AI, Creative etc)
Data strategy & analytics:
  • Help communicate complex concepts in a simple way, especially how data can help in marketing and communications (Investment, Targeting, Experience, Performance etc )
  • Help shape strategic thinking & thought leadership around data for the client
  • Work with Audience & Data lead to develop Data related strategic roadmap and communicate to markets
  • Help define the measurement agenda for clients, incl. KPI, other metrics, learning agenda, and foster a measurement and learning culture.
Client service:
  • Builds strong client relationships to understand the needs and requirements in order to initiate and sell-in support and services
  • Confidently manages multiple clients
    • Setting their strategy in order to deliver growth and maximise success
    • Displays critical thinking and challenges internal and external outputs
    • Produces insightful, innovative and clearly articulated presentations
    • Identification of opportunities that will leverage both internal and external cross-functional capabilities
Teamwork:
  • Fosters relationships within the team & encourages 360 collaboration
  • Help to drive integration with the Publicis Groupe divisions: Publicis Media, Publicis Communications, Publicis Health Care and Sapient
The Agency:
  • Help facilitate a strong team ethos and exhibit focused and positive team spirit
  • Share and showcase teams best work across department
  • Build strong and effective relationships with all PM practices & Epsilon
  • Build strong relationships with your peers, sharing knowledge and experience

Qualifications
  • Background in Data & Analytics within media, creative or digital agency or consulting company
  • Previous experience in a global team is a plus
  • Mix of analytical and creative approaches to work
  • Understanding of industry tools and systems
  • Confident presenter and storyteller
  • Team orientation
  • Great written work and eye for presentational creativity
  • Energy and resilience
  • Interest in digital infrastructure, content strategy and measurement would be helpful
