Job Description

We are actively recruiting an enthusiastic, qualified and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our Clients award-winning nursery based in West London.As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be confident, passionate and experienced in working with little people between the ages of 2-5 years. You will also be creative, energetic, and skilled with providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, andintellectual care; in addition to providing a FUN child-led, play-based learning environment.If you are an existing EYP looking for an exciting new career move that offers flexible working hours, rapid career progression plus a wealth of excellent benefits, then we would love to hear from you!Essential Experience:

  • Minimum Level 2 or above early years childcare qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • A proven practitioner with previous experience in working with children.
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of safeguarding children obligations, etc.
  • Highly organised, reliable and a driven team player with bags of drive, motivation and energy.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with parents and practitioners alike.
  • Passionate, inspiring and unflappable with the ability to adapt quickly to changes and use initiative, etc.
Remuneration:Salary: £24,000 - £26,000. (Dependent upon experience) + Discretionary PR BonusHours: Core business operating hours are from 08:00 am - 6:00 pm (Mon - Fri), 40 hours per week (full time) + (Flexible NEW Rotas).Additional:Our Client believes in looking after the people who look after our children, so also offer a range of additional staff perks such as:
