We believe that focusing on performance and results has the power to transform client business.Job DescriptionWe are looking to hire an experienced Planning AD with a strong client handling skills and who wants the opportunity to lead a dynamic and innovative set of brands.The role is to lead the business on Oral B, Braun and the Fem care brands (Always, Always Discreet & Tampax).All 3 categories are heavily digitally led and the clients are always looking at innovative ways to continue driving sales and to challenge category cliches.The breadth of brands means that the insights, audiences and challenges are varied.Oral B and Braun have to behave differently from the more FMCG type of brands as they are premium electrical products and face different challenges. They both offer a chance to work closely with the performance team and, on Oral B, we have an integratedcreative approach, Agile Lion, that is a flagship approach withintht eh portfolio.The Femcare brands really allow you to engage in changing social attitudes to periods and the menopause. There is a strong emphasis on building deep local insights to create campaigns that make a difference and the team work very closely with other PG ONEteams in PR and creative.QualificationsJob Responsibilities1. Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within PG One to do so. Specific responsibilities are:

  • You own the client relationship and know all about their business. What your teams propose and deliver to them is bang on, every time.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key clients.
  • Lead high quality day-to-day output of the team, be a subject matter expert in your field.
  • Drive operational excellence across the team.
  • You challenge the client, delivering new proposals and developing and supporting your teams knowledge.
2. Develop a Growth Team: You will have the chance to be a major contributor in shaping the culture of the teams that work in the agency. Specifically:
  • Manage a team of 2 managers & 2 Execs plus a performance manager
  • Build relationships across P&G One teams, other agencies and the wider Publicis groupe.
  • Work collaboratively with Investment & Performance teams to deliver high quality, timely responses
  • You lead, motivate and develop your team to foster strong, positive working relationships that are respected by all.
  • Foster a culture of learning and self-improvement, setting clear progression plans for your team, encouraging Brave Plays in the way the team approach their work and their own career development (and count on the same support from your own line manager).
  • Deliver and set example of brilliant client service
  • Be proactive and results orientated in day-to-day client management
  • Pro-actively share with the other category teams to contribute on our goal to be consistent across categories.
