Occupational Health Technician (6 month contract) - Acton, London£22,000The Company:Our client’s Healthcare Company is one of the UK’s leading providers of occupational health services. Our Client’s team brings together many of the UK’s finest practitioners and teachers in all relevant healthcare disciplines.The Role:We are seeking an Occupational Health Technician to join our team based in Acton, London for a six month contract..This is a full time role, where the successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.As an Occupational Health Technician you will be an integral part of the team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care our clients receive.This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to expand their skills and experience in a supportive environment.You will undertake health surveillance screening, including audiometry, lung function testing, drug and alcohol testing from the mobile health unit. You will also take baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure and urinalysis.The screening information collected gives the nursing and physician staff the biometric information they require to be able to make clinical decisions about patient management.This role is ideal for someone with experience from the following backgrounds Health Care Assistant, Ambulance, EMT, Military Medic or Offshore Medic Knowledge.Requirements for the Occupational Health Technician: Health Care Assistant, Ambulance service, EMT or a Military Medic, good communicator, IT literateImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
