Our clients scored us an overall whopping 8.8/10 in our most recent evaluation and the Director of Marketing Communications at Lloyds said, "Zenith isthe best agency in London and if people want to work for the best agency and do the best work of their lives, they should work with us."Lloyds Banking Group is transforming their marketing - embracing the latest technologies whilst investing heavily in their systems, capabilities and people. Theyre aiming to lead the industry sector in Digital Marketing, especially in the field of highlytargeted and personalised communications.Theyve entered an exciting chapter in paid digital marketing activity, utilising industry-leading measurement techniques to truly understand the impact of our digital channels, across PPC, Programmatic and Social, whilst working in a pioneering client-agencymodel with our media agency, Zenith, to accelerate this work.We are looking for a Digital Planning Manager to shape, plan, and coordinate our digital responses across our key digital brand channels. This role will be working across some of the UKs leading brand campaigns, progressing our digital strategy across thelikes Halifax: Its A People Thing and Lloyds infamous Black Horse campaigns.Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Represent the Digital OneTeam in interactions across client, agency and partner teams, ensuring that Digital is considered in all relevant media responses
  • Using your knowledge of digital media, you will work closely with the Zenith planning team, Digital OneTeam Planning Lead and digital channel teams (programmatic and social), to be responsible for coordinating and planning integrated digital campaigns thatmeet our Brand briefs
  • Own the full Digital brand laydowns across key business areas of Lloyds, Halifax, BoS, Scottish Widows, and B2B activity, ensuring the Digital OneTeam are updated in all new briefs and campaign developments
  • Demonstrate the value that digital is driving, through effective storytelling, highlighting and packaging up performance to share around the wider business, with the aim of increasing confidence in digital performance
  • Ensure you are regularly bringing the best and most innovative thinking from around the agency into our Digital OneTeam, always thinking how we can move our activity forward
  • Build strong relationships with platforms and partners including but not limited to: Google, Facebook, Twitter, emerging tech and measurement options (Kantar, OnDevice Research, Audience project) etc
Qualifications
  • Passionate about all things Digital Media - as the role is wide-spanning, including planning, brand-building, performance, digital strategy, first and third party data fluency, measurement etc it is important that you have a real understanding and passionfor digital media
  • A thorough understanding of how digital media supports and integrates with other media channels, both paid and owned
  • Data Driven - Proven ability in using multiple data points and shaping that into insights and clear strategic opportunities
