We are part of Publicis Groupe.Job DescriptionMaserati is a very important brand out of the growing portfolio of Stellantis, one of our largest global account across Publicis. Maserati is very digitally focused brand with over 80% of their media budget in digital channels, ideally this candidate wouldhave a strong digital background, but also possess knowledge across all channels.It is a great opportunity to evolve an exciting and engaged UK account, in a fully integrated team across online and offline channels, whilst also working with the Global Maserati Team.The UK Maserati Account Manager will work closely with the UK Starcom activation teams, and with the Global and EMEA Maserati teams, comprised of a Business Lead, two Planning Directors, one Planning Manager and one Planning Executive. All individuals comefrom a variety of backgrounds, experiences, skill-sets and interests, who are united by their passion for understanding people and the motivational power of different types of communication. Its a close working and integrated team.While Strategy, Planning and Activation are at the core of what we do, we are increasingly involved in wider business conversations around success metrics, measurement and reporting, as well as improving areas such as global data management, process andcommunications efficiencies.About the RoleThis role leads campaign planning, activation and reporting on all products and campaigns for Maserati UK, including close collaboration with EMEA and Global teams.The AM will be the primary contact for the Maserati UK client (based in Slough, UK).Your key responsibilities

  • Be the key point of contact across the Maserati UK client
  • Leading the development of UK media strategy, activation, including adaptation and implementation of any Global / EMEA strategies for UK
  • Lead the client briefing process and translate this into briefing the UK activation teams
  • Coordinate the activation teams to activate campaigns accurately and on time
  • Deliver across all regular and ad hoc client requirements including plans, reporting, finance, insights, innovation and recommendations
  • Take responsibility for the management and development of the account executive
  • Ensure a constant level of best practice and high quality of output across all account, processes and deliverables
QualificationsWhat we need from you
  • 3 years experience working in a media agency, with at least 1 years experience in an Account Manager role
  • A firm foundation in digital media planning, with an understanding of traditional channels such as TV & print also
  • A strong ability to deliver an exceptional level of service to client
  • An excellent level of communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with internal teams, agency partners and clients
  • Ability to confidently challenge the client with diplomacy where required
  • The capability to take the lead on a brief, deliver this to the wider activation team and manage the response to client
  • Ability to perform well in a fast paced environment
  • Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
  • Strategic and creative thinking in media to push new opportunities and grow the business
  • Team player
