We are part of Publicis Groupe.Job DescriptionAs a Planning Account Executive, you will be sitting in a brand-new role within an expanding team servicing the DP World account.You will be focussed on supporting the strategic communications planning product of the team, both in London and from the local markets around the globe. Your role will be pivotal to the success of this account. Our goal is the create brilliant experiencesthat drive faster growth for our clients, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organization.As Account Executive you will actively contribute to client servicing, supporting your team in the areas of strategy development, customer insight, maintenance of plan, and administrative management.Reporting into the Account Manager and Account Director you will become a skilled planner able to translate target audience, the role of comms and detailed knowledge of media channels into robust and innovative media plans to help solve clients businessproblems. As a core member of the team, you will work closely with the trading teams across a range of media touchpoints including: AV, Display, Outdoor, Social etc. You will assist in managing the planning process from start to finish.You will develop an in depth understanding of the clients business along with strong strategic communications planning skills in order to deliver innovative and effective strategies through compelling stories / approaches, and work as part of a larger agencyteam to deliver those solutions. Working closely with the Account Manager to provide support throughout the planning process from receipt of brief to post campaign analysis/ quarterly business reviews. Coordination of deliverables and reporting for multi-market media campaign including managing the clients spend data and budgeting, media delivery and performance tracking Providing logistical support to the team and responsible for tracking of work streams and project delivery (SLAs and Status ownership) Working closely with our Specialist/ Activation teams and media vendors to coordinate media recommendations and reviews proposals to select the best recommendations for a particular campaign Supporting the creation of strategic presentations and proactive initiatives to demonstrate insights, media best practice and innovation. Supporting campaign activations across multiple markets, including strategy, implementation and optimization responsibilities Governance of campaign taxonomy and process for setup requirements in campaign activation and deliveryQualificationsTo ensure this role is a suitable match for you, we have several requirements.We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting individual who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos.
