Electrical Building Services Design EngineerBuilding Design TeamASAPAccrington, Lancashire, BB5 (Hybrid Working)£38,233 - £43,423 (Grade 9)We are currently recruiting… Anenthusiastic Electrical Building Services Design Engineer who has excellent project management skills and qualifications with experience of electrical design for building services to work within the Mechanical & Electrical Team in the Asset Management Building Design Team.Our Asset Management Service is a multidisciplinary and specialised team delivering a comprehensive Capital programme which invests in the county councils property and highway assets including schools, libraries, museums and offices. Our Building Designteam has an array of experts including Architects and Architectural Technicians, Structural Engineers, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and Building Services Engineers. You wil develop designs for elements such asLV distribution, EV charging, power generation, small power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms,nurse call systems, lightning protection, controls etc. in accordance with current guidelines, standards and regulations.
