Health First ALW CIC are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for the role of part-time PCN Senior Clinical Pharmacist on behalf of 3 General Practices in Golborne. This will be paid at the equivalent of Band 8a.The post holder will be an experienced pharmacist, preferable with experience in Primary Care , leading a team of pharmacists in a group of general practices and providing supervision and mentorship to more junior members of the team and clinical leadership on medicines optimisation, quality improvement and safer prescribingThe role will be a patient-facing role, undertaking structured medication reviews to proactively manage patients with complex poly pharmacy and ensure medicine optimisationThe post holder will ensure that the practice integrates with community and hospital The role is pivotal to improving the quality of care and operational efficiencies so requires motivation and passion to deliver excellent service within general practice and PCNs.
