As we work towards our mission and goals, UKAEA has devised values (Innovative, Committed, Trustedand Collaborative) that capture the spirit of how we work.Job DescriptionWho are we looking forPERMANENT- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the business- Good planning and organisational skills- Be able to work autonomously, with initiative and minimum supervision- Experience of working within quality management or systemsWhat will you be responsible for- Responsible for managing small projects or work packages with a degree of independence and accountability- Stakeholder engagement and Stakeholder Management- Ensuring that projects are proactively tracked and managed in terms of progress and in line with Project decision gates.- Support the Project Manager on collaboration with the Project Sponsor to develop a Project Management Plan that defines how the project will be delivered- Accountable for project documentation and the project lifecycle in compliance with the UKAEAs Quality - Assurance requirements- Analysing the Project Data and reporting the progress against milestones, changes, exceptions, budgets and other key performance indicators- Ensuring that project risks and opportunities are managedPlease note that this advert is open to part time and full time applicants.
