Job Description

About the job:You will help grow our new business pipeline, working closely with and supporting our Business Development Director, with the aim of increasing our sales. Were a flexible in-house legal service provider. We work very differently from a law firm - we donthave an old-fashioned hierarchy, and we value each team member based on how they can help the team as a whole to provide the best service we can.The role will be a part-time contract position. Were looking for 2-4 days a week that can be flexible and fit around other commitments if required. The position will primarily be remote/ WFH with up to one day a week as an in-person meeting in South Walesas agreed with the Business Development Director. There is also the option to attend quarterly team meetings in London.We work in a fast-paced environment and are looking for somebody that is happy to take on a challenge and is keen to develop the role alongside the business growth.We are looking for professional and friendly candidates that meet the following criteria:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Qualify new business leads as sales opportunities
  • Respond to new business enquiries
  • Identify and contact prospective clients through cold calls /emails
  • Build long term relationships with team and clients
  • Develop reports as requested
  • Perform research as needed
  • Data entry and updates to our CRM system
  • Use of other software as required
  • Work in a flexible manner
  • Gain good knowledge of brand guidelines and ensure all client facing content abides by them
The role pays roughly £12-£15/hour based off experience, which is roughly £23,000-£26,000 pro rata. Regarding the weekly in-person meeting in Abergavenny, proximity to Abergavenny is naturally preferred but not a direct necessity if the candidate is willingto travel down for 1 day per week.
