THIS POST IS FIXED TERM UNTIL 18th JANUARY 2022 DUE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE.An exciting full time (37.5 hours) maternity leave cover opportunity has arisen within the Family & Therapies Division for administrative support for the children’s centre and the Integrated Service for Children with Additional Needs (ISCAN) service. The successful post holder will be based in Nevill Hall Children’s Centre. There may be an expectation to travel between the three children’s centres. The post will be fixed term until January 2022We require an administrator with a high degree of skill and ability to support the administrative work for the children’s centre and administrative support for the ISCAN service. The work will be varied and challenging and the post holder must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with experience of working at a high level within an administrative role. The successful applicant will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and a proven ability to work in frontline environments. The post holder will be confident working on the telephone and face-to-face, and be able to work autonomously within a supportive and friendly team. Duties include providing a full range of administrative support to the team including: referral tracking, adding information onto a computerised database, filing, photocopying, archiving and typing. The applicant should be very experienced in using large databases and also be a competent user of MS Office, email and the internet.Previous experience of working within a health / social care setting is highly desirable. Applicants with relevant experience will be considered favourably.
