Job Description

Accounts / Finance Assistant, full-time hours, temporary ongoing, NeathOur client are urgently seeking some full-time temporary assistance within their accounts and finance function. The role will commence on a temporary basis covering full-time hours, Monday to Friday, within their covid-safe office premises.The cover required is varied and will include:

Processing purchase invoices

Processing sales invoices

Allocating payments

Processing BACS payments

General administrative duties as and when required

Assist with payroll - desirable

Sage line 50 is the package in use, so experience of using Sage software is essential. Sage payroll is used for payroll, so knowledge or experience of Sage payroll would be desirable.This role will commence immediately for the right candidate and will run on an ongoing basis.Due to location of the offices, own transport would be beneficial. There is free staff parking on site. Required skills
